Following these steps to verify your bank account, you will start accepting payments from your customers and receiving your payouts.
Requirements:
Portal user with "Owner Access"
When you add a new bank account into your Flipdish Portal, it is important to complete the verification process in order to start receiving payouts.
Instructions:
1. Log in to the Flipdish Portal.
A yellow alert will be shown at the top of the Home Page on your Flipdish Portal if you need to verify your bank account.
2. Navigate to the Banking page.
3. Click into the bank account that requires verification.
Bank accounts with a yellow warning icon require to be verified.
4. Click on the button to “Verify with Stripe”.
5. You will be redirected to Stripe.
6. Fill out the form on Stripe, attaching the documents required.
7. You will be redirected back to Flipdish once you complete the form.
8. You will see that your account is ‘Pending verification’.
9. We will inform you via email when the verification is completed, or if any additional information is required to verify your account.
