In this article, you will find out how to change opening hours for your store for both delivery and collection/pickup services in the Flipdish Portal.
In order to change the opening hours of your store for delivery and/or collection, please follow the steps below:
- Login to Flipdish Portal.
- Click on the Stores option in the navigation bar on the left hand side.
- If you have multiple Store Groups, select the one where the Store you want to change settings for is located. If you have only one Store Group, you will be already in it.
- Click on the tile with the Store you want to change settings for.
- Click on the Opening hours section.
This will take you to the screen below:
In order to change the opening hours for specific day of the week, type in the opening hours - the form takes variety of hour formats, such as:
8pm - 10pm
8:00 - 13:00
You can also add multiple time periods for a single day, in case your store opens for only a few hours multiple times a day, eg. for lunch and dinner. In order to set opening hours for this scenario, type in time intervals separated by comma, eg.
10am-1pm, 5pm-10pm
Please note the opening hours are defined in your store local timezone. Store local time zone is defined based on the store location and can be found in the Store general settings.
You can also type "all day" if your store is open the the full day, or "closed" if your store is closed on specific day.
Use the first column to specify opening hours for collection/pickup service, and the second column to specify delivery opening hours. If you do not offer one of these services in your store, we suggest to type in "closed" in all rows for that service. However, please note that inputting "closed" is not necessary to disable specific service - you can also do that separately in the Delivery settings and Pick up settings sections in the Store settings.
Your changes are saved automatically as you finish typing.
