How to know if your POS device has been gifted/registered to your account. If your device is not gifted, this will cause issues during setup.
- Any Flipdish POS-related device that runs a Flipdish App such as Front of house device and KDS.
Signs your device is not gifted or registered.
- If the Flipdish app is missing from your home screen and when you search the Flipdish app in the devices app store, it does not show up.
