Cashing up refers to when delivery drivers accept cash as a form of payment during the delivery. This cash will need to be deposited. 

A staff member with Store Manager or Shift manager access will have access to be able to cash up.

Managers will navigate to the reports section of the POS. When they cash up or choose to make a deposit/withdrawal, this will be recorded appropriately in the till.
