3.DOCUMENTATION JURIDIQUE DE VOTRE ENTREPRISE

NOTE - You must enroll in the Apple Developer Program as Company/Organization.

Your business should be registered as a corporation, LLC, or other type of legal entity.

By choosing this enrollment, Apple will have to verify your information later on with a phone call, but you will also have to provide Apple with proof of business ownership.

This proof must include:

• Your exact full name
• The exact legal entity name for your business
• Your trading name and how it is linked to your legal entity name.

Example: articles of incorporation.

NOTE - If your business isn't registered, we highly recommend you to register it.

Due to the sensitive legal nature of these agreements Flipdish will not be able to help.

If you can't, please contact your Flipdish Sales Representative.

REMARQUE - Vous devez vous inscrire au programme pour développeurs Apple en tant qu'entreprise/organisation.

Votre entreprise doit être enregistrée en tant que société, LLC ou tout autre type d'entité juridique.

En choisissant cette inscription, Apple devra vérifier vos informations ultérieurement par un appel téléphonique, mais vous devrez également fournir à Apple une preuve de propriété de l'entreprise.

Ce justificatif doit comporter :

• Votre nom complet exact
• Le nom exact de l'entité juridique de votre entreprise
• Votre nom commercial et comment il est lié au nom de votre entité juridique.

Exemple : statuts constitutifs.

REMARQUE - Si votre entreprise n'est pas enregistrée, nous vous recommandons fortement de l'enregistrer.

En raison de la nature juridique sensible de ces accords, Flipdish ne pourra pas vous aider.
