By default, when you use Flipdish for your digital ordering, we provide a set of defaults for all three of these important documents. The documents are available via the web embed product as well as the Flipdish websites. 

If you have your own version for one or more of these documents, you can configure these links to direct to your own documents instead of the Flipdish defaults.  

Updating legal terms and policy documents

If you have your own legal documents that you'd like your customers to see, you can manage this via your Flipdish Portal. 

1. Navigate to Settings > Legal page
2. Select the "Custom policy documents (advanced)" option to reveal the input fields for your custom links
3. Add a custom link for each document. Note: You need to add a link for all 3 documents, not just 1 or 2. If you only need 1 of the documents to be custom, you can use the link to the default terms as found in the footer (screenshot above)
