Tips Report provides you with a breakdown of total tips, refunded tips, pickup/delivery tips, split by store. 

To access the Tips Report, please follow the below steps:

1. Login to your Flipdish Portal
2. Click on the "Reports" option in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen
3. Select "All reports" from the dropdown list of tabs
4. Select the "Tips Report" option from the dropdown list of reports

Understanding your data

At the top of the report, four key headline metrics for will be visible:

Total tips - This is the gross total trips (before refunds 

Delivery tips - The gross total delivery tips

Pickup tips - The gross total pickup tips 

Refunded tips - The total amount of tips, from refunded orders

Below the headline metrics, there are tables for total tips per store, and refunded tips per store.

Tips per store - A breakdown of total tips split by store

Refunded tips per store - A breakdown of total tips per store on refunded orders

The bottom charts are a simplistic way to view how the total tip amount per month, split by delivery/pickup order types.

Tips per month - The total tips per month, split by delivery/pickup orders

Tips split by delivery type -  Total tips (in given date period) split by delivery/pickup orders
