Within the Flipdish Portal, the Ordered Items Report will provide you with a breakdown of each order and the corresponding menu items which have been ordered during a chosen date period. Also provided is a breakdown of vouchers that have been applied to orders, and the most to least ordered items across your stores, both for the specified date period.

To access the Ordered Items Report, please follow the below steps:

1. Login to your Flipdish Portal.
2. Click on the Reports tab in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Select All Reports from the dropdown list of tabs.
4. Here, you can navigate to the Ordered Items Report.

Filters

The filters section at the top of the page provides granularity for viewing your ordered items history. The following is a list of the default set of filters and a brief explanation of what each does:

• Date - Select a date period from an advanced set of preset options
• Currency - Preselected to the relevant currency of the operating country in which your stores reside
• Stores - Select from one or more published stores
• Country - Select from a list of operating countries for the stores in question

Most Ordered Items

This table provides insight into the most to least ordered items for each selected store. The key metrics displayed are the number of times an item has been ordered during the selected date period & the total revenue generated from the sales of these items. Please note that this is done on a store-by-store basis.

Ordered Items Breakdown

This table contains a breakdown of every menu item ordered during the specified date period, including the corresponding Order ID, Order time, Menu section, and Price. For countries where the taxation of specific items differs, the tax rate and tax payable are also provided.

Vouchers Breakdown

This table provides a breakdown of every voucher which has been applied to an order during the specified date period, including the corresponding Order ID, Order time, Discounted amount, Voucher code, description, & type.
