What is it?
We offer the ability to have QR codes specifically linked to tables. When customers scan the QR code, the product will know which table they're at and the table number will be pre-filled in the journey (at the checkout screen).
This will mean less room for error and a better experience for our customers using the product. People won't have to search for table numbers anymore, just scan the QR and it's all sorted.

How can I get these QR codes?
Let us know what your seating plan looks like (how many tables you have and the numbering) so our web team can configure this for you. Once we have your instructions for the seating plan we will generate each QR code for you with its own unique URL behind this and get the QR codes shipped out to you as per the usual process.
