What is the recommended configuration for a Kiosk?
- "Collection/Pickup" needs to be enabled on the store level. Click here to find out how to enable collection.
- The Store linked to the kiosk needs to have a bank account associated. Click here to find out how to link a store to a bank account.
- "ASAP" needs to be enabled on the "Pre-order Settings". Click here to find out how to enable ASAP.
- The store needs to have the correct postal code (The same as the Kiosk location). Click here to find out how to edit your store postal code.
- When the option "Pay at counter" is given to the Kiosk user, "Cash" needs to be enabled on the store settings and on the Kiosk settings. Click here to find out how to enable cash in store. Click here to find out how to enable cash on a Kiosk.
- The store needs to have opening hours for Collection/Pickup. Click here to find out how to edit your opening hours.
- The amount in the order should be higher than the minimum "Collection/Pick up" amount. Click here to find out how to edit your minimum order amount.
- For the Kiosk to start accepting orders, it needs to have either "Cash/Pay at counter" enabled (Kiosk and store settings as mentioned above) or a card reader connected to it.
- If you created a separate store for kiosk orders and you don't want that store to be visible on your online ordering system, please follow the steps in this guide.

Where do the Kiosk pictures come from and how can I change them?
- The pictures displayed at the home screen "Start Order" are pulled from the portal section: “Sales Channel - Website - Live editor”.

- The pictures displayed at your Kiosk menu are pulled from your Flipdish portal menu page.
- The kiosk displays only the category pictures.
