What is the recommended configuration for a Kiosk?
- "Collection/Pickup" needs to be enabled on the store level. Click here to find out how to enable collection.
- The Store linked to the kiosk needs to have a bank account associated, verified, and from the same country as the store.. Click here to find out how to link a store to a bank account.
- The store needs to have the correct postal code, address and PIN location (The same as the Kiosk location). Click here to find out how to edit your store postal code.
- When the option "Pay at counter" is given to the Kiosk user, "Cash" needs to be enabled on the store settings and on the Kiosk settings. Click here to find out how to enable cash in store. Click here to find out how to enable cash on a Kiosk.
- The store needs to have opening hours for Collection/Pickup. Click here to find out how to edit your opening hours.
- The amount in the order should be higher than the minimum "Collection/Pick up" amount. Click here to find out how to edit your minimum order amount.
- For the Kiosk to start accepting orders, it needs to have either "Cash/Pay at counter" enabled (Kiosk and store settings as mentioned above) or a card reader connected to it.
- If you created a separate store for kiosk orders and you don't want that store to be visible on your online ordering system, please follow the steps in this guide.

Where do the Kiosk pictures come from and how can I change them?
- The Logo at the home screen when "Start Order" is visible, can be changed on the Flipdish portal "Settings - General - Logo".
- The background pictures displayed on the home screen when "Start Order" is visible, are pulled from the portal section: “Sales Channel - Website - Live editor” (All the pictures from all the sections).

- The pictures displayed on your Kiosk menu are pulled from your Flipdish portal menu page.
- To display images on "Option Sets", please send the images to "help@flipdish.com" with the option set names.
- When having multiple stores linked to the same kiosk:
- The background pictures (Start order) will not be visible anymore. There will be a landing page with every store's "logo", then after selecting the store the menu will display.
- The store logo can be changed on "Store > Store Kiosk settings > Store Logo"
- On the landing page, the logo displayed on the top right is the "Brand logo"
- This can be changed on "Flipdish Portal > Settings > General > Logo".
- The landing page background color can be changed on "Flipdish Portal > Settings > General > Colour".
- The background pictures (Start order) will not be visible anymore. There will be a landing page with every store's "logo", then after selecting the store the menu will display.
