This article is part of the "How to create an Apple developer account for your Flipdish iOS App" process.
9. INVITING FLIPDISH TO YOUR APPLE ACCOUNT
Adding Flipdish as ADMIN to your Apple Developer account
You must invite Flipdish as ADMIN to manage your account. This grants us permission to publish your iOS app on your behalf and maintain your app. To do so, please follow the below:
- Log in to: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/
- Click on Users and Access or follow this link: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/access/users
- On the next page, click on the + icon in the top left corner then add a new user as per below:
First Name: Kailash
Last Name: Kumar
Email: ios-2@flipdish.com
Roles: ADMIN
What if my app gets rejected?
If for some reason, Apple rejects your app, you might need to log in to the App Store Connect: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ and provide Apple with proof of business ownership. It is very easy to reply to Apple.
Once you logged in, click on My Apps, then click on the unresolved iOS issue like below:
You will be able to see Apple's message and reply to it as well as adding any attachments needed e.g. proof of business ownership.
It usually takes another 24 hours for Apple agents to verify your reply and come back to you. If you think it takes too long, we invite you to ring Apple Support directly.
Final Words
Please understand that this policy is not implemented by Flipdish - This whole process is dictated by Apple. It applies to every business that operates on the App Store and is subject to change anytime. We may contact you if that is the case.
Our goal is to make this process as straightforward as possible for you so you can start getting online orders on your iOS app.
If you have any troubles following a step in this guide, or you haven't received any updates from Apple since you enrolled, we invite you to read the next pages below and follow one of the links to get in touch with Apple.
