3. YOUR BUSINESS LEGAL DOCUMENTATION

NOTE - You must enroll in the Apple Developer Program as Company/Organization.

Your business should be registered as a corporation, LLC, or other type of legal entity.

By choosing this enrollment, Apple will have to verify your information later on with a phone call, but you will also have to provide Apple with proof of business ownership.

This proof must include:

• Your exact full name
• The exact legal entity name for your business
• Your trading name and how it is linked to your legal entity name.

Example: articles of incorporation.

NOTE - If your business isn't registered, we highly recommend you to register it.

Due to the sensitive legal nature of these agreements Flipdish will not be able to help.
