Stuart is a "last mile" delivery company operating in Spain, UK, France and Belgium.
Flipdish can be configured to automatically notify Stuart when new delivery orders are placed with your store, allowing them to dispatch a driver/rider to you.
How does the integration work?
Once a delivery order has been placed through your website/app and you have accepted it in you Flipdish Terminal/POS system, the integration will automatically display a notification in your Stuart Dashboard. It will display on the “Scheduled” tab that a new delivery order has been placed and will assign a driver to dispatch it at the time requested.
By default, the integration is set up in a way that Stuart will be asked to collect the order 15 minutes before the requested delivery time. If you wish to decrease or increase this time please let us know.
How does the order flow through the systems?
The integration works in a way that it will only trigger orders that are accepted for delivery. All your collection orders will be ignored by Stuart and you can handle them as you used to do.
How to check the latest status of my Stuart order on Flipdish?
To find out the latest status of your Stuart delivery order you can visit your Stuart dashboard or go to the orders page within your Flipdish terminal device or portal. Here you will be able to see the delivery status, the Stuart reference ID as well as get access to a tracking link if you are on the portal. You can also scroll down on that page to see an embedded map that will show your live Stuart delivery order in progress.
Steps to set up the Stuart integration:
You must have an account already created with Stuart (if not, you can quickly sign up on their website https://dashboard.stuart.com/sign-up)
2. Share your Stuart login information (email and password) with your Flipdish Rep in order for us to set up the integration or either visit https://admin.stuart.com/client/api and email your API Client ID and API Secret to your Flipdish Rep.
We will send you a URL which you should enter into the Webhook V2 URL field.
3. Once the last step is complete your Flipdish Rep will get in contact with you to inform you the integration is complete and you will now be live with your Stuart integration. It's that simple!
Please note the time to complete integration is +/- 1 day/
Note 1: Make sure you have filled out the billing details in your account settings in order to get assigned a driver from Stuart when requested.
