Once you have logged into your Flipdish Admin Portal navigate to the store you want to manage.

Scroll down the page until you see  "Download Sales Reports".

Click on the dateline in order to change the time period you wish to view.  

A drop-down menu will appear, where you can choose to view sales by a variety of common time periods, or you can enter a specific date period.

To view a particular time period e.g. last 6 months, select Custom Range from the drop-down menu and a calendar will appear. Use the calendar to select the start and end dates of the time period you wish to view, and hit apply.  

Your custom date range should now appear in the dateline.

Click on the Sales button to download a CSV containing detailed sales data for the time period selected. 

Reports are limited to 50,000 entries. If you do not see sales data for the entire period you choose,  first double-check the date selection. if it is correct but not all data is there, this indicates you will need to run multiple reports for the period you wish to view.

Once you have logged into your Flipdish portal navigate to the store you want to manage.

From the left-hand navigation menu (dark-colored background), choose the Sales Report option at the bottom.

A new page will appear showing the sales reports for your store, from the oldest to the newest. 

If you do not see the time period you wish to view, please change the "Show X entries" option on the top of the page to show more reports. You can choose from Show 10/25/50 or 100 entries.

If you have a large number of reports, you will need to use the "Next" button on the bottom of the page to navigate to your most recent sales reports.

The 3rd and 4th columns show the time period for each sales report.

Click on the Report ID Number (blue text) and a new page will open showing the sales report for that time period.

To print or save, right-click on the page and choose either save as or print.

It is possible to download sales information for the entire chain of stores, or individual stores, depending on whether you are managing the single store or the group. This is controlled on the left-hand column as shown above. 

You can change the dates in the download URL to allow you to download reports for particular date ranges from your own scripts.

Note that if you want to load this from a script then you will need to use a valid cookie when making the request.
