As you are aware, you have already agreed to the Terms & Conditions governing Flipdish’s relationship with you. To help protect your business, it is important to have a set of Terms and  Conditions that define the terms and nature of the service that you provide to your customers.  

Creating a set of terms from scratch can be time-consuming and expensive so Flipdish has created a template set of customer terms & conditions (the “Template T&Cs”) that you can use as a starting point for your own website terms & conditions.  This template can govern your relationship with your customers.While he Template T&Cs was created in consultation with a leading law firm, all businesses are different and you may have specific issues that you would like to address in your customer terms & conditions, particularly if aspects of your business fall outside the scope of online food ordering. If there is anything that is not addressed in the Template T&Cs that you believe is relevant to your business then we encourage you to make your own updates or upload your own terms & conditions.  We cannot assist you with any changes to the Template T&Cs. 

By using the Template T&Cs, you agree that they come as is, without any warranty at all. We recommend that you seek your own legal advice before putting these Template T&Cs in place.  We have provided these Template T&Cs by way of assistance only and Flipdish is not responsible or liable to you for any losses due to its use or any legal claim related to it.  

What to keep in mind?

Please be aware that, at the very least, the Template T&Cs must be updated to include certain information specific to your business.  This includes:

• your company registered and trading name;
• your contact details in section 12. "Contact";
• link to your privacy policy (at the bottom of the Template T&Cs);
• link to your cookie policy (at the bottom of the Template T&Cs).
