Flipdish Terminals are to be used with 58mmx40mm or 57mmx40mm thermal paper.
You can purchase this type of paper from the following:
Europe
North America
When inputting the paper or when appears to be a mechanical printer error, always check two things:
1. That the paper is facing up, towards the top of the Terminal.
2. The black roller (pictured below with white spin wheel to the left) which is attached to the lid is in the correct position.
