If you want to change the ringtone on your printer or find out what other ringtones are available on your printer, please follow these simple steps:

First press 'MENU'

Use the down arrow to get to get to the 'AUDIO' section

Hit the OK button  

Use the down arrow to get to 'Incoming Ringtones' 

Hit OK again

Scroll up or down to select a new ringtone and choose the ringtone you want to use by hitting OK

When you're done, press EXIT to get back to the main menu
