SUMMARY
This article will outline the information and steps to take when your payouts are paused or will be paused on your Flipdish account because your subscription invoices are overdue or unpaid.
Access to this functionality
Owner and Managed Owner roles in the Flipdish portal can access this feature.
Why am I seeing this banner and email and what does it mean?
At Flipdish, you pay for your services using Subscriptions.
If a subscription is overdue and unpaid, we will pause payouts to your bank account.
Once the subscription due is paid, payouts are restarted.

If your subscription is overdue, and your payouts are going to be paused soon, we will warn you with a banner in the Flipdish portal. See example below.

You will receive an email like the example below to inform you if your payouts will be paused.
If your payouts ARE paused, you will receive the below email.
How can I restart my payouts?
To restart your payouts, you need to pay any due subscription fees.
Step 1
Login to the Flipdish portal at https://portal.flipdish.com/
Step 2
Click on the button "Go to Invoices" in the banner at top of the screen which is top of the home page.
Or click into Billing & Invoices > Invoices as shown in the image below.
Then click the Pay Now button on the right.
Step 3
The "Pay Now" button will open up a Stripe Invoice Dialogue as shown below.
Note: Data is simulated to show example, no real client data in image.
To pay the invoice, you can either use the same card details you already have associated with your account, or you can enter another card number to pay this invoice as a once off.
How do I prevent this from happening in the future?
- Ensure the card or bank account which you pay your subscription with is active and always has sufficient funds.
- Login to your Flipdish portal once per month to check your invoices / subscription statuses.
- Check your email regularly, ensuring any emails from help@flipdish.com are read and also any from Stripe about about any failed payments or pending payments issues.
