Navigating the Marketing Center
Start by logging into the Marketing centre using your email address and password.
When you first access the Marketing Center, you'll notice various navigation options on the left side of the page. These options allow you to explore different features of the platform.
Accessing Reputation Management
- Click on the "Reputation Management" button.
- Once connected to your Google Business page, the platform will load your Google reviews, filtering them by star ratings and highlighting those that require action.

Overview of the Reputation Management Platform
Upon entering the Reputation Management platform, you'll be greeted with an overview of your reviews:
- Total Reviews
- Average Rating
- Keywords: Extracted from reviews and colour-coded for sentiment (grey: neutral, red: negative, green: positive)
- Listing Summary: Additional listing details
Managing Reviews
- Click on the "Reviews" button to manage your reviews.
- Here, you can view and respond to different reviews.
- Two ways to respond:
- Use the "Suggest Response" button linked to AI-generated personalized responses.
- Utilize prewritten response templates
Responding to Reviews

Negative Review:
- Click "Suggest Response."
- The AI-generated response appears; you can edit and customize it.
- Once satisfied, click "Send Response" to post on your chosen platform (e.g., Google).

Positive Review:
- Choose a prewritten response template.
- Customize the template if desired (e.g., personalize the customer's name).
- Click "Send Response" to post on your chosen platform.
Exploring Response Templates
- Access a variety of response templates by clicking "Response Templates."
- Each template has the following:
- Title
- Body of content
- Applicable star ratings (e.g., 1-2 stars, 4-5 stars)
- Templates cover both positive and negative scenarios.
- You can customize, edit, or even create new templates.
Creating New Templates
- Click "Add New Template" to create your response template.
- Provide a title and compose the response content.
- Specify which star ratings the template applies to.
- The platform allows for customization and personalization.
Implementing Review Management
- Dedicate a few minutes each day to manage your reviews.
- Review frequency: Daily, weekly, or monthly based on your needs.
- Reviews are grouped by date, making them manageable.
- Responding becomes less time-consuming with consistent practice.
