Filters
The filters section at the top of the page provides granularity for exploring your data. The following filters are available:
- Time period - The date range for which you want to see data displayed. By default, it will show the last 12 complete months.
- Stores - The store/s for which data will be shown. By default, it will show all stores.
The first group of metrics presents some high-level figures relating to customers who signed up through FPM. Here we can find the number of customers who signed up through FPM, the number of active FPM customers (those customers that have placed an order during the time period), the total revenue from FPM customers, the average order value of FPM customers, as well as the percentage of customers who are FPM customers, the percentage of orders and total revenue from FPM customers, and the estimated time saved (in hours) by opting to use the FPM service. A link is also included at the top of the report to view your call logs.
The second group of metrics are displayed using bar charts with overlaid line charts, on a monthly basis. The blue bars show the figures for FPM customers, and the red lines show the percentage of the total figures that these blue bars represent. In this section, you can see a monthly breakdown of the number of new customers who signed up through FPM (including a percentage of the total new customers that signed up through FPM), the number of active FPM customers (including a percentage of the total customers that are FPM customers), the number of orders from FPM customers (including a percentage of the total orders that are from FPM customers), and the revenue generated from FPM customers (including a percentage of the total revenue that came from FPM customers).
The next table shows an analysis of some key FPM metrics on a store-by-store basis for the selected time period, including whether a store has the FPM service enabled, the average order value of FPM customers, the total order value from FPM customers the number of orders from FPM customers, and the number of FPM customers who have made an order.
The next pair of visualisations examine the quantity and breakdown of incoming phone calls for the selected stores in the selected time period. The Phone calls by time of day table show the total number of incoming phone calls within the time period defined by your time period filter and for the stores in your store's filter. Data will only be shown if there was at least one incoming phone call within that time period, so times of day during which there were no calls (including because stores were closed) will not be shown. Note that when your time period filter includes more than one of any day of the week, data from each of the same days of the week will be combined in the column for that day. For example, if you are looking at a period of 30 days which starts on a Saturday, the figures you see will include the data for all five Saturdays in that period combined in one column. The last visualisation is a line chart showing the number of incoming phone calls on a monthly basis.
