A step-by-step process for setting up your receipt or kitchen printer with your Flipdish POS

A receipt printer for your Flipdish POS Front of House device.
Instructions for setup:
Step 1 - You should have received 1 box.
Step 2 - Remove the printer and its accessories from its package.
Step 3 - Inspect the device and accessories to ensure no damage. Please contact the Flipdish team at email@example.com if there is any damage to the device or the box after arriving at your location.
You should have the printer, a paper roll, an adapter, a charging cable and a USB lead.
Step 4 - Attach the adapter and the charging cable together and then plug the end of the charging cable into the DC port on the back of the printer.
Step 5 - Add the paper by pressing the button on the top left of the device to open the printer door, add the paper roll and close the door.
Step 6 - Remove the access paper.
Step 7 - To sync the printer to the device swipe from the bottom of the POS screen upwards. This will expose the menu at the bottom of the page
Step 8 - Press the circle icon
Step 9 - Open the Flipdish App (Not the Flipdish POS App)
Step 10 - Call our support team if you see a screen prompting you to do so.
Step 11 - Give our support team the installation ID and they will activate the product
Step 12 - Click “Next” to begin configuring your POS station
Step 13 - Click “Add New Printer”
Step 14 - Select “Bluetooth”
Step 15 - Click “Next”
Step 16 - Allow Flipdish to access this device's location
Step 17 - Click on the device you wish to pair from the list. Usually it will be a Sumni Cloud Printer
Step 18 - Click “Next”
Step 19 - Click “Yes” when asked if you want to connect the printer
Step 20 - Click “Next”
Step 21 - Enter the printer serial number which you can find on the back of the printer underneath the barcode
Step 22 - Click “Next”
Step 23 - Enable pairing mode on the printer by holding down the button on the back of the printer for 4 or more seconds until you hear the device announce “Please find your device”. (Ensure the volume is turned up during this using the volume buttons on the front of the device)
Step 24 - Click “Next”
Step 25 - Log into your Wifi network and click “Next”
Step 26 - Remove the test page that the printer will print showing that the device was connected successfully.
Step 27 - Click “Next”
Step 28 - Name the device anything that you want
Step 29 - Click “Next”
Your receipt printer is now set up.
To add a Kitchen printer:
Step 1 - Click “Add new kitchen station printer” in the top right corner
Step 2 - Choose the kitchen station the printer will be assigned to
Step 3 - Choose the number of copies of the receipt you want to print
Step 4 - Choose the receipt printer
Step 5 - Click “Save”
Step 6 - Click “No” and “Next” when asked if you want to set up Caller ID
Step 7 - Click “Finish” when setup is complete.
Step 8 - Click “OK” when prompted to do so and the POS app will reopen
