Step 1: Log in to the back office
To create a discount, you'll need to log in to the back office. Open your preferred web browser and navigate to https://rms-admin.jinoby.com.
Once the page loads, enter your username and password and click on the login button.
Step 2: Select the Franchisor
Once you're logged in, select the Franchisor (Top node) from the top right corner of the page. This will ensure that you have access to all the features and modules available in the back office.
Step 3: Navigate to the Marketing Module
Next, navigate to the Modules section and select the Marketing module from the list. This will give you access to all the marketing-related features, including Discount Offers.
Step 4: Select Discount Offers
Under the Marketing module, select Discount Offers from the list of options. This will take you to the Discount Offers page, where you can create new discounts and manage existing ones.
Step 5: Click on Add
To create a new discount, click on the Add button located at the top right corner of the page. This will open a new window where you can enter the details of your discount.
Step 6: Enter the Details
In the new window, enter the following details:
Code: This is the name of your discount. It should be something that customers can easily recognize, such as "Spring Sale" or "Holiday Discount."
Discount Offer type: This determines whether the discount will be applied as a percentage or a fixed amount. Select the appropriate option based on your needs.
Discount Value: This is the amount you want to give as a discount. Enter the value in the appropriate field.
Minimum Order Amount: This is the minimum amount that customers need to spend to be eligible for the discount. Enter the value in the appropriate field.
Discount Tags: You can exclude specific items from the discount by applying discount tags. If you want to use discount tags, you can create them in the back office. See the detail here.
Applicable for all properties: If the discount is applicable for all the properties, select "Yes." If it is not applicable for all properties, select "No" and choose the properties where the discount will not be available.
Step 7: Save your Discount
Once you've entered all the details, click on the Save button to create your discount. Your new discount will now be available in the Discount Offers section of the back office.
